Therapeutic Massage with Lymphatic Drainage

75 minutes: $150

This integrated session combines the tension-relieving effects of therapeutic massage with the gentle, rhythmic movements of manual lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic techniques help reduce fluid retention, while therapeutic massage addresses muscular inflammation and tightness for a more comprehensive relief. Prenatal Massage with Lymphatic Drainage

75 minutes: $150

During pregnancy, the lymphatic system handles up to 30–50% more fluid, which can lead to swelling, particularly in the lower extremities. Supporting the lymphatic system at this time is essential, and gentle lymphatic drainage is a safe and effective option. This session helps reduce swelling, relieve muscle tension, and support healthy circulation for both parent and baby. Therapeutic massage can be integrated into the session upon request to ease common pregnancy aches and discomfort.

Therapeutic Massage

75 minutes: $120

Soothe tension, restore balance, and encourage deep healing through personalized therapeutic massage. This targeted session blends focused techniques to relieve muscle pain, release stress, enhance circulation, and promote overall body alignment. Each treatment is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you seek recovery from chronic discomfort, postural strain, or everyday stress, this massage is ideal for maintaining mobility, supporting relaxation, and fostering physical and mental well-being.

As a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) trained in the Vodder Technique, Mackenzie provides this service with clinical precision and compassionate attention to meet your unique needs. The Vodder Technique for manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, evidence-based style of massage designed to help your body move fluid, reduce swelling, and support healing. Light, rhythmic movements that stretch the skin and follow the natural pathways of your lymphatic system encourage improved lymph flow. This method can be especially supportive after surgery, for lymphedema, inflammation, or when you’re simply feeling out of balance.

At this time, services do not include treating clients recovering from cosmetic or plastic surgery procedures, including Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs), liposuction, or tummy tucks.
