Inflamed tonsils
Itchy skin/eczema, rashes
Kidney disease

Lymphatic massage can support your overall health and wellness by promoting optimal fluid balance, enhancing immune function, and aiding the body’s natural detoxification processes. At Roots Acupuncture, Mackenzie provides lymphatic massage using the Vodder Technique.
The Vodder Technique for manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, evidence-based style of massage designed to help your body move fluid, reduce swelling, and support healing. Light, rhythmic movements stretching the skin and following the natural pathways of your lymphatic system encourage improved lymph flow without deep pressure or discomfort. This method can be especially supportive after surgery, for lymphedema, inflammation, or when you’re simply feeling out of balance. As a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) trained in the Vodder Technique, Mackenzie provides this service with clinical precision and compassionate attention to meet your unique needs.
PLEASE NOTE
At this time, services do not include treating clients recovering from cosmetic or plastic surgery procedures, including Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs), liposuction, or tummy tucks. However, Mackenzie is happy to support individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements and ligament repairs with a physician's clearance.
